In a battle of elite tight ends, Travis Kelce has the highest receiving yards prop of any pass catcher at 57.5, while Mark Andrews has a total set at 48.5.

Ravens vs Chiefs Prop #1: Derrick Henry Longest Rush
It’s a legitimate question to ask if Henry, entering his eighth season at 30 years old, has lost a step.
In his last call with the Titans, he broke a run of 16 or more yards in just three games, while leading the NFL in total carries at 280 totes.
If he’s still got something in the tank, you know the Ravens are going to find a way to get it out of him.
Baltimore led the NFL in rushing a season ago, but their dedication to the run is otherworldly, as they’ve ranked inside the Top 3 in rushing since the 2018 season.
Henry has had monster games against the Chiefs in his last two regular season matchups. In 2022 he gashed them for 115 yards on 17 carries, adding a 56-yard romp. In 2018, he ran for 188 yards and two scores, throwing in a 68-yard game-high scamper.
Kansas City was Bottom-8 against the run last year, which adds up to Henry finding some daylight and looking like he’s been shot out of the rejuvenation machine, at least on opening night.
- Chiefs vs Ravens Prop Picks: Henry longest rush over 15.5 yards (-115); risk 1 unit at DraftKings
Ravens vs Chiefs Prop #2: Patrick Mahomes Rush Yards
Perhaps it was out of necessity, as the Kansas City offense wasn’t exactly marching up and down the field all season, but Patrick Mahomes enjoyed the best rushing season of his career, with personal bests of 75 carries and 389 yards.
He won’t be mistaken for Lamar Jackson, but his ability to scamper when plays break down is now a legit part of his games.
Last year, particularly early on in the season, Mahomes topped his 20.5 rushing total set for Thursday six times in the first seven games and 10 times overall. He also added a couple more in the postseason for good measure.
Baltimore is traditionally one of the tougher defenses to face. As KC tries to work in a rookie receiver in Xavier Worthy, the Ravens will try their best to key in on Travis Kelce, so Mahomes will need to go off script a couple of times to move the chains.
That should be enough for him to sneak over this total.
- Chiefs vs Ravens Prop Picks: Mahomes over 20.5 rushing yards (-125); risk 1 unit at DraftKings

Ravens vs Chiefs Props #3: Kelce Anytime Touchdown
Only injury has kept Travis Kelce from an opening game TD streak.
After three straight years finding paydirt in Week 1, a knee injury sidelined him in last year’s Week 1 loss to the Lions. He did, however find the endzone in his first game of the season, in Week 2 vs Jacksonville.
The Chiefs love to get utilize Kelce in the red zone, whether out in a pass route, catching shovel passes, or lining up in the pivot spot for some wildcat action.
He was huge for KC in the AFC Championship, hauling in 11 balls and a TD. He has three in six career games against the Ravens, and you have to love plus odds for Patrick Mahomes’ top target on opening night to score.
- Chiefs vs Ravens Prop Picks: Kelce anytime touchdown (+105); risk 1 unit at DraftKings Sportsbook

As the NFL season kicks off with a highly anticipated matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night, football fans and bettors alike are gearing up for an exciting game. While traditional bets on the game’s outcome are always popular, player prop bets offer a unique way to get in on the action and potentially cash in on some big wins.
For those unfamiliar with player prop bets, they are wagers placed on specific individual player performances rather than the overall outcome of the game. This can include bets on things like total passing yards for a quarterback, total rushing yards for a running back, or even whether a specific player will score a touchdown.
With two high-powered offenses facing off in this Thursday night showdown, there are plenty of intriguing player prop bets to consider. Here are some top player prop bets to keep an eye on for the Ravens vs Chiefs game:
1. Lamar Jackson Over/Under Passing Yards: The Ravens’ dynamic quarterback is known for his dual-threat abilities as both a passer and a runner. For this game, sportsbooks may set the over/under for Jackson’s passing yards at around 250. Given the Chiefs’ suspect pass defense, taking the over on Jackson’s passing yards could be a smart bet.
2. Patrick Mahomes Total Touchdowns: The reigning Super Bowl MVP is always a threat to light up the scoreboard with his arm. Bettors may have the opportunity to wager on whether Mahomes will throw for over 2.5 touchdowns in this game. With weapons like Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce at his disposal, betting on Mahomes to have a big night could pay off.
3. Clyde Edwards-Helaire Total Rushing Yards: The rookie running back for the Chiefs has generated a lot of buzz in the offseason and could be in line for a big workload in this game. Bettors may have the chance to bet on whether Edwards-Helaire will rush for over 75 yards against the Ravens’ stout defense.
4. Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown Scorer: The Ravens’ tight end emerged as one of Lamar Jackson’s favorite targets last season and could be a red zone threat in this game. Bettors may be able to wager on whether Andrews will score a touchdown at any point during the game.
5. Tyreek Hill Longest Reception: The speedy wide receiver for the Chiefs is always a threat to break off a big play. Bettors may have the opportunity to bet on whether Hill will record a reception of over 30 yards in this game.
When placing player prop bets, it’s important to do your research and consider factors like recent performance, matchups, and injuries. While these bets can add an extra layer of excitement to watching the game, they should always be approached with caution and responsible betting practices.
As you gear up for Thursday night’s matchup between the Ravens and Chiefs, keep an eye out for these top player prop bets and consider adding them to your betting slip for a chance to cash in on some big wins. Good luck and enjoy the game!
