NHL player props from DraftKings on May 27.

The player props for Game 3 reflect the low-scoring nature of the first two games of the series. McDavid’s odds to have a multipoint game have faded to +154.

Every single player on the Stars is favored to stay under 0.5 points. The best odds to record a point belong to defenseman Miro Heiskanen (+105) and winger Jason Robertson (+120).

Dallas Stars vs Edmonton Oilers Prediction for Game 3

The Oilers are controlled more of the play in the first six-plus periods of the series, and that’s likely to continue as the series shifts to Edmonton. The Oilers had the highest xGF% in the regular season (58.17) and sat third in both Fenwick and Corsi.

But Dallas’ defensive structure is extremely difficult to breakdown and Oettinger represents a far stingier last-line-of-defense than Stuart Skinner in the Edmonton goal.

I expect this to be another low-scoring game where Edmonton dominates the shot attempts but Oettinger frustrates the Oiler shooters.

DAL vs EDM Game 3 picks:

  • Under 4.5 (+230)
  • Zach Hyman under 0.5 points (+150)
