  • The Chicago Bears take on the Houston Texans at 8:20 pm ET on Sunday, September 15
  • The smartest thing we can do is toss in a little Bears vs Texans SGP to make things more interesting
  • See below to find the best Chicago Bears vs Houston Texans same-game parlay

Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears (1-0, 0-0 away) head to Houston to get it on with CJ Stroud and the Texans (1-0, 0-0 home) on Sunday Night Football at 8:20 pm ET. This is our last chance to take some cash from the books on Sunday so obviously we need to take advantage. We don’t make the rules, we just live by them. God bless us.

Houston is a 6.5-point favorite in the Bears vs Texans odds with the total hanging around 45.5. That’s all good but, if we’re being honest, it’s the player props we’re after. Player props are the easiest way I know to make money betting the NFL. They are also very fun to string together for an SGP. If that wasn’t enough, FanDuel has given everyone a 50% profit boost for this game. What a time to be alive.

Caleb Williams & DJ Moore Will Shine

We’re about to see Caleb Williams in primetime and, honestly, it should be electric. I get that he bombed as a passer in his first game in the NFL – passing for just 93 yards against Tennessee – but whatever. He’s still the +158 favorite in the Offensive Rookie of the Year odds because the kid can ball.  At some point he’s going to show it in the NFL.

Lucky for us, his next opportunity is going to come Sunday Night. The only issue is, he could be doing it minus some pretty important weapons.

Here’s the thing, one man’s shortened target tree is another man’s SGP opportunity. Who knows if Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze will play, but if they do, they both could easily be decoys. That means one thing, DJ Moore.

DJ Moore was targeted eight times in the season opener. He was only able to pull in five of those balls, but that’s good enough for us. We know that this week, in a game where the Bears should play from behind while also having two other receivers banged up, Moore will grab at least six passes. It’s science.

On top of that, in a situation like this, we’re probably going to see Caleb Williams’s wheels. We know he has them, it’s just a matter of him showing them off. When the Bears get behind and have to throw a little, it’s tuck and run time. On top of that, we could even see some designed runs. Either way we slice it, Caleb is getting at least 20+ yards on the ground tonight. Feels right.

Joe Mixon Looks Like a New Guy

So we already have two bangers but in order to use the profit boost at FanDuel, we’re going to need three. It’s just how things work in this profit boost world. But instead of complaining, I think we should just put our head down and figure it out. We can do this.

Plus, we have Jon Gruden to make sense of everything.

This one is pretty simple. Even though we think there will be a trailing game-script, I still think Joe Mixon catches at least two passes. Last season, only one team in the NFL allowed more receptions to opposing running backs than the Chicago Bears. That same issue was apparent last week when the Titans running backs combined for seven catches.

We’d have to be crazy to think CJ Stroud won’t have to check down at least twice tonight. Feels right.

The Chicago Bears are set to face off against the Houston Texans in a highly anticipated Sunday Night Football matchup in Week 2 of the NFL season. For fans looking to add some excitement to the game, creating a same-game parlay can be a fun and potentially lucrative way to do so.

A same-game parlay allows bettors to combine multiple bets on a single game into one wager, increasing the potential payout if all the bets hit. In order to create a same-game parlay for the Bears vs Texans matchup, there are a few key factors to consider.

First and foremost, it’s important to do your research on both teams. Look at their recent performances, injury reports, and head-to-head matchups to get a better understanding of how the game might play out. For example, the Bears have a strong defense led by Khalil Mack, while the Texans have a dynamic offense with quarterback Deshaun Watson at the helm.

Next, consider the betting options available for the game. You can typically bet on things like the point spread, over/under total points scored, player props, and more. For this particular matchup, you might want to consider betting on the Bears to cover the spread, the total points scored to go over, and a player prop bet on Deshaun Watson throwing for over 300 yards.

Once you’ve identified the bets you want to include in your same-game parlay, it’s time to place your wager. Most sportsbooks will allow you to create a same-game parlay by selecting the bets you want to include and then entering the amount you want to bet. Keep in mind that all of the bets in your parlay must hit in order for you to win, so it’s important to choose wisely.

In conclusion, creating a same-game parlay for the Chicago Bears vs Houston Texans Sunday Night Football matchup in Week 2 can add an extra layer of excitement to an already thrilling game. By doing your research, considering your betting options, and placing your wagers strategically, you can increase your chances of cashing in on a big win. Good luck and happy betting!
