The surging Indiana Pacers (26-20, 13-7 home) look to wrap up a homestand with a third straight win when they host the slumping Atlanta Hawks (22-26, 11-14 away). While the Pacers have just two losses over the last 12, Atlanta has dropped seven straight, part of the reason they’re clear road underdogs in the NBA odds. Action tips off from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis at 5pm ET.
Hawks vs Pacers Odds
The Pacers are a solid 7.5-point home favorites, and a short -333 on the moneyline. The total comes it at 239.5, with -110 odds on either side of the score.

Atlanta is still limping to the All-Star break. Guard Trae Young (hamstring) is probable, but Bogdan Bogdanovic (personal), Clint Capela (back) and Cody Zeller (personal) are all out Saturday. Atlanta is still trying to gather themselves after losing budding star Jalen Johnson to a torn laburm last week. He’s done for the season.
The Pacers’ injury report is a lot lighter. Forward Enrique Freeman (illness), guard Andrew Nembhard (back) and wing Bennedict Mathurin (illness) are listed as questionable against the Pacers.
ATL vs IND Player Props
NBA player props from DraftKings Sportsbook on February 1.
Offense is going to have to come from Trae Young, who has the highest scoring (23.5) and assist (10.5) props among both teams. De’Andre Hunter has the second highest scoring total for Atlanta at 19.5, while big man Onyeka Okongwu has the highest rebounding total at 9.5.
Indiana is led by newly minted All-Star Pascal Siakam, with a 21.5 scoring line. He just went off for a season-best 37 points last game vs Detroit. It’s his highest output since being acquired from the Raptors midway through last season. Siakam also has the team’s highest rebounding prop at 7.5, while Tyrese Haliburton has an assist total set at 8.5 dimes.
Hawks vs Pacers Prediction
- Hawks vs Pacers pick: Pacers -7.5 (-115)
- Hawks vs Pacers prop bet: Siakam Over 21.5 points (-115)
The Pacers have dominated this head-to-head, with four straight wins and giving the scoreboard bulbs a major workout. In three of the last four meetings, Indiana has hit the 150-point plateau, and are averaging 147.5 points per contest.
It will be the first time they meet this year, but Indiana’s offense happens to be humming just in time for Atlanta again. The Pacers crushed the Pistons 133-119 last time out, after pummeling the Spurs 136-98 the game prior.
During their current 10-2 run, Indiana is putting up 119.5 points per game, shooting 50.3% from the field and 38.4% from downtown.
That’s placed the Pacers into a solid fifth in the East, with the exact record of the fourth-seeded Bucks and three games clear of the Pistons who sit in the last spot above the play-in crowd.
Their defense has chipped in as well, holding opponents to 109.2 points, shaving five points off their season average that has them in 22nd.
That’s not good news for the Hawks, whose offense has hit the bricks on this 7-game slide. Atlanta got blown out last game, a 137-115 thrashing at the hands of the East-leading Cavaliers.
Even with that, the Hawks are putting up an average of just 104.3 points, with hard-to-view splits: 42.5% shooting from the field and a paltry 29.2% from 3-point range. They are allowing better than 115 points per game, while opponents are shooting a crisp 50.2% from the field.
If there is something to build on, besides Young’s all-around offensive game, rookie Zaccharie Risacher, last year’s top pick in the NBA Draft, did drop a 30 points on 11-for-14 shooting in the loss to Cleveland, the second time he’s touched the 30-point plateau this year.
Atlanta is just 2-5-0 against the spread over this stretch, while the Pacers have covered eight times over their last 10.

On February 1st, the Atlanta Hawks will face off against the Indiana Pacers in what is sure to be an exciting matchup. Both teams have been playing well this season and are looking to secure a win in this game.
As of now, the odds for this game are fairly close, with the Pacers being slight favorites. The Pacers have a record of 15-14, while the Hawks have a record of 11-16. However, both teams have been playing well recently, so it could really go either way.
In terms of predictions, it’s tough to say who will come out on top in this game. The Hawks have a strong offense led by Trae Young, who is averaging 26.4 points per game. However, the Pacers have a solid defense that could give the Hawks some trouble.
As for prop bets, there are a few options to consider. One prop bet could be on the total points scored in the game. Both teams have been scoring well recently, so it could be a high-scoring affair. Another prop bet could be on which player will score the most points in the game. Trae Young and Domantas Sabonis are both strong candidates for this bet.
Overall, this game is shaping up to be a close and competitive matchup. Both teams have something to prove and will be looking to secure a win. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out on February 1st.
