Check out all the UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady odds, with my picks and props below.
UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady Prediction
Former welterweight champ Leon Edwards meets up-and-coming American scrapper Sean Brady in the UFC Fight Night main event. Edwards enters the cage for the first time since dropping his welterweight belt in July of last year against Belal Muhammad. The MMA veteran boasts 14 UFC victories, with just three losses, and seven knockout wins in his career.
Meanwhile, Sean Brady is a powerful grappler who’s riding a two fight winning streak heading into the main event. In fact, Brady’s only loss came against welterweight champ Belal Muhammad in late 2022, and the American will be eager to defeat Edwards and earn a rematch. Known for his suffocating wrestling and ability to control bouts, Brady can also finish with a submission if given the opportunity.
This UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady main event is a classic striker versus grappler MMA battle. Edwards is a slick southpaw with crisp boxing and devastating kicks (just ask Kamaru Usman). It’s telling that the odds are tilted towards Brady, likely due to recency bias and Edwards’ long layoff.
However, the underdog price on the former champion is too good to pass up. The Birmingham native’s striking is on another level, and in bouts with Usman, Dos Anjos, and Gunnar Nelson, he’s shown he can handle grappling attacks. Look for Leon Edwards to stuff Brady’s take downs in front of a roaring London crowd, and utilize his jab, kicks and precision boxing to keep Brady off balance.
Pick: Leon Edwards to win (+130), Leon Edwards 60+ total significant strikes (-175)
UFC Fight Night: Blachowicz vs Ulberg Prediction
Polish light heavyweight Jan Blachowicz has looked less than impressive in the UFC cage since losing his title belt to Glover Teixeira back in 2021. Blachowicz has won just one of his last three bouts, with a split decision draw to new champ Magomed Ankalaev and a loss to former champ Alex Pereira on his resume. At his best, Blachowicz is able to use his reach and striking ability to stymie even his best opponents. However, at 42 years of age, and having been on the sidelines for nearly two years with shoulder injuries, Blachowicz best fighting days are behind him.
Across the cage, promising Kiwi Carlos Ulberg will look to climb the light heavyweight rankings with a statement victory at UFC Fight Night. Ulberg has won seven straight UFC bouts to pay his dues, and last lost on the undercard of UFC 259: Blachowicz vs Adesanya back in March of 2021. Fighting out of City Kickboxing, Ulberg is a dynamic kickboxer with phenomenal explosive speed and power. At 34 years old, Ulberg is eight years younger than his opponent, and will have a large speed advantage in the cage.
While Ulberg is the man in his prime, it’s not often we see a former champion as a two to one underdog against a prospect who’s never fought a top-five opponent. Sure, Blachowicz is older and coming off of an injury layoff, but he’s thrived as an underdog in his career. After all, Blachowicz boasts the experience of upsetting both Israel Adesanya and Dominick Reyes as a large underdog. Look for Blachowicz to turn this one into a real scrap and survive the younger Ulberg’s early storm. If he’s able to slow the bout down with leg kicks and clinches, I like his chances of frustrating Ulberg and pulling off the upset.
Pick: Jan Blachowicz to win (+240), Blachowicz to win by decision (+500)

UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Brady is set to take place on December 11, 2021, and fans are eagerly anticipating the action-packed event. As with any UFC fight, betting on the outcome can add an extra layer of excitement to the viewing experience. In this betting guide, we will break down the odds, picks, and props for some of the key matchups on the card.
Leon Edwards vs. Sean Brady
In the main event of the evening, Leon Edwards will take on Sean Brady in a highly anticipated welterweight bout. Edwards is coming off a draw against Belal Muhammad in his last fight, while Brady is undefeated in his MMA career. The odds for this fight currently favor Edwards, with most sportsbooks listing him as the favorite.
Our pick for this fight is Leon Edwards. While Brady is a talented fighter with a bright future ahead of him, Edwards has faced tougher competition and has more experience at the highest level of the sport. We expect Edwards to use his striking and grappling skills to control the fight and come out on top.
As for props, we recommend looking at the over/under for rounds in this fight. Both Edwards and Brady are durable fighters who have gone the distance in multiple fights, so we expect this one to go the distance as well. Betting on the fight to go over 2.5 rounds could be a solid bet.
Other Key Matchups
In addition to the main event, there are several other intriguing matchups on the card that offer betting opportunities. One fight to keep an eye on is the featherweight bout between Dan Ige and Josh Emmett. Both fighters are known for their knockout power, so betting on the fight to end inside the distance could be a smart play.
Another fight to watch is the bantamweight matchup between Marlon Moraes and Song Yadong. Moraes is a former title contender who is looking to bounce back from a recent losing streak, while Yadong is a rising star in the division. This fight has the potential to be a back-and-forth battle, so betting on it to go the distance could be a good bet.
Overall, UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs. Brady promises to deliver plenty of action and excitement for MMA fans and bettors alike. By following our betting guide and keeping an eye on the odds, picks, and props for each matchup, you can make informed decisions and potentially cash in on some winning bets. Good luck!
