My prediction is the Oilers add to LA’s postseason misery tonight. The Kings haven’t made it out of the first round in five consecutive playoff appearances, and aren’t generating enough offense for that to change.

Darcy Kuemper stood on his head in the LA net to hold the Oilers to just 2 goals, but we can’t expect that to continue. -175 on the Edmonton moneyline is a bit steep, especially when they’re -105 to win in regulation. That’s the route I’m choosing as my favorite pick for Game 6.

As for the best Kings vs Oilers odds, the shortest Edmonton moneyline is the aforementioned -175 at Caesars. The Oilers are laying 1.5 goals on the puck line at +150 odds, while LA comes back as a +145 underdog. The total sits at 6.5, a number that four of the five games in this series have cleared so far.
