SEA vs DET Player Prop Pick #1: Geno Smith Under 248.5 Passing Yards (-110)
I was somewhat surprised to see that Smith with a higher yardage prop than Detroit counterpart Goff.
Yes, Detroit is surrendering nearly 80 more air yards per game to opposing QBs (216.7 vs 132.3) but look at the pivots that Seattle has faced. Bo Nix, Jacoby Brissett, and Skyler Thompson: three of the least-prolific active quarterbacks.
Detroit, on the other hand, has had to contend with Matthew Stafford, Baker Mayfield, and Kyler Murray, which makes that 216.7 YPG number look pretty damn good. Neither Mayfield no Murray managed to exceed 210 yards in the last two weeks.

In other words, this is not the same Detroit defense that was bleeding yards and points last season. Smith has flown over 248.5 yards each of the last two games against the Patriots and Dolphins but he stayed under in eight of 15 starts last year and averaged just 241.6 YPG in 2023.
Seahawks vs Lions Player Prop Pick #2: Noah Fant Longest Reception Under 13.5 Yards (-114)
The Seattle offensive line is not among the league’s elite units in pass protection. Smith has been sacked eight times in three games and will now be staring down one of the best pass rushes in the NFL. Detroit has also been excellent at covering the tight end position this season, allowing just 2.5 reception (on 5.0 targets) and 27.7 YPG to tight ends through three games.
That should add up to a quiet day from Seattle’s Noah Fant, especially considering all the other deep-threat option on the Seattle sideline. If Smith is looking long, it’s going to be to Metcalf or Smith-Njigba or Lockett. Fant has 85 total receiving yards this year on nine catches (9.4 YPC) with a long of just 16 yards.

As the Seattle Seahawks prepare to take on the Detroit Lions in a highly anticipated Monday Night Football matchup in Week 4, there are several player props that bettors should consider targeting. Both teams have talented rosters with players who have the potential to put up big numbers, making this game an exciting one for fantasy football enthusiasts and sports bettors alike.
One player prop to keep an eye on is Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson’s passing yards total. Wilson has been on fire to start the season, leading the league in passing yards through the first three weeks. With a strong receiving corps that includes DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, Wilson has the ability to put up big numbers through the air against a Lions defense that has struggled against the pass.
Another player prop worth considering is Lions quarterback Jared Goff’s passing touchdowns total. Goff has shown flashes of brilliance in his first season with the Lions, and he could have a big game against a Seahawks defense that has been vulnerable against the pass. With weapons like TJ Hockenson and D’Andre Swift at his disposal, Goff has the potential to throw multiple touchdown passes in this game.
For those looking for a more under-the-radar player prop, Seahawks running back Chris Carson’s rushing yards total could be a good option. Carson has been a consistent producer for the Seahawks on the ground, and he could have a big game against a Lions defense that has struggled to stop the run. With Seattle likely looking to establish the run early and often, Carson could be in line for a big workload and a productive game on the ground.
Overall, there are several player props to target in the Seahawks vs Lions Monday Night Football game in Week 4. Whether you’re looking to bet on passing yards, passing touchdowns, or rushing yards, there are plenty of options to consider as these two talented teams face off in what promises to be an exciting and high-scoring matchup.
